Cheylynn brings over 25 years of experience in business development, customer service, and commercial sales. Her career has been built on integrity, strong client relationships, and a commitment to doing business the right way. That approach has led to record-setting performance, elite recognition, and multiple awards for sales excellence.
She has generated and managed commercial opportunities across property management, multi-family housing, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial facilities, retail, and large portfolio organizations. Her background includes working with leading companies in commercial pest control, facilities services, business banking, and payroll. Throughout her career, she has created and managed complex scopes of service, overseen large multi-location projects, and supported accounts well beyond the initial sale.
After decades of helping build other companies, Cheylynn recognized that each chapter of her career was preparing her to build something of her own. Years of seeing both strong and broken service models shaped her perspective and strengthened her conviction to lead differently.
Inspired by her daughter and motivated to build something lasting, Cheylynn stepped forward as a first-generation woman business owner to create a company grounded in purpose and standards.
She founded Precision Pressure Cleaning with a focus on disciplined execution, operational excellence, proactive communication, and clearly defined expectations.
Today, Cheylynn oversees business development, company strategy, operations, and client relationships. She leads with structure and accountability while building a company designed to stand the test of time and create long-term impact for her family.

In addition to his construction experience, Jasen has a strong background in agriculture and farming and is an avid outdoorsman. Through this, he has developed a practical understanding of how weather conditions, moisture, heat, and environmental exposure impact surfaces over time. This knowledge informs how he evaluates surfaces and determines the safest and most effective cleaning approach for each property.
Jasen is known for his meticulous approach, high standards, and pride in workmanship. He believes every surface should be treated correctly, safely, and thoroughly, with the same level of care he would expect on his own property.
